We need dedicated VA experience specifically - this means remote VA work, distinct from in-office administrative roles. You should have experience working with multiple clients simultaneously.
You must have consistent availability during standard US business hours and cannot be working another full-time role that conflicts with client support. (This mean 9AM - 5PM in a US Timezone)
You should naturally look for ways to optimize, streamline, and improve efficiency. We need VAs who are quick to learn new tools and genuinely enjoy finding solutions rather than just reporting problems.
Willingness to build lasting relationships with clients (as long as it's a mutually good fit). We're looking for partners, not short-term contractors.
Proven ability to manage your time effectively, juggle multiple tasks, and serve various clients seamlessly without dropping balls.

Extensive C-suite and/or startup support experience. You know how to anticipate needs, manage complex schedules, and represent executives professionally.

Proven experience working with marketing processes, tools, and campaigns. Comfortable with content creation, social media management, email marketing platforms, and campaign optimization.

Extensive experience scheduling complicated multi-member, multi-timezone meetings. You can coordinate complex logistics and make the impossible seem effortless.
This is a 1099 contractor role with monthly retainer arrangements.
Monthly retainer structure provides steady income, with rates discussed during the interview process.
