The longer story: It all started when I was a mama of three littles, stepping back from over a decade in ministry with my husband as we planted a church. My husband was working retail management with a crazy schedule, and I found myself Googling "How can I make money from home with littles."
That search led me to the Virtual Assistant world and changed everything.
What started as a necessity quickly became a passion. I fell in love with processes, operations, and outsourcing - all the behind-the-scenes magic that helps businesses run efficiently and grow without the chaos. As I dove deeper into the online business space, I naturally morphed into a business consultant, helping other entrepreneurs systemize their operations.
But here's the thing that really shaped my mission: As my family grew (we now have 5 kids - 4 boys and 1 girl ranging from 14 to 2 years old!), my desire to work less while still growing my business became non-negotiable.
I experimented with countless strategies, tested different approaches, and developed systems that allowed me to be fully present for my family while building a thriving business. Through all that trial and refinement, I discovered my true calling: helping other CEO parents achieve that same balance.
